A Note To Mumbai Frns!!!!

Its been almost more than six months being here in Mumbai. And during this span , I have come across with some perception changing times that would have never come. If I would have been in Delhi. I appreciate my life for giving me that chance, which helped me in setting a perception that will help me in my future endeavours and will give me the required strength when I will be alone. It was a nice journey being here in Mumbai. I did wrote about my previous experience in my earlier note, but after that I saw a change culminating  from the  introspection that happened within me for the feelings that I  inculcated within me later on for this place, may be that came from the love that I got from my frns or may be its the love ,gesture and respect that this city have for others who visit. During the first two months I did face some difficulties in understanding ppl, I was not able to understand the kindness that ppl have as I was totally new to the place but things did change afterwards , and it happens when you are accepted by the ppl whr u stay .But for that u need to be polite and should understand and respect the feelings and culture of that place.

I did meet ppl here whom I never gonna forget, as they made my life easy here. My Office friends(Khadir Basha,Harshal Sonone,Shivani Deshpande,Nitin Surnar,Sushma Lakhan,Trupti Kadam,Nishant Nadkarni,Dattaram Dhuri,Himanshu Dalvi,Neha Dalvi,Bijal Patel,Ashwini Khandekar,Ranjan Poojary,Kiran Manohar Rode).I will be writing about them as I met them one by one.

It was morning of 17th april 2014 when my train reached andheri railway station,not knowing about where to go I just came out of station and was asking for auto to reach jogeshwari. Later on some rickshaw driver told me to go to east side and catch the auto. I did the same and got the auto.

I reached Office guest house in jogehswari, whr I saw a guy running for office, he asked me n my frn,"are u guys from delhi and wil u be joinn kandivali site" ,I said "yes".

He said, " I also work there"

Later on he informed me about the manager. He also told me to stay at guest house for the day and to join office from monday. I met him once again in the evening and I got to know his name. He is Khadeer Basha Shaik  one of my office mate. The guy with big heart ,whom everybody trust and loves to talk with. He have solutions to everybody problems and have this habit of never saying no to anyone for help. It was a nyc tym spent with him when I was in guest house, he likes to take care of everybody and never ever shows any kind of attitude. As I talked with him I got to know more about him and that raised the level of respect I had for him, he is a man who earned everything with his own strength and kind nature that he possess. I feel blessed to met such a person in my life.

And then on Monday I met everyone when I was called by my manager,It was kinda difficult to remember everybody name at that time but later on with days passed over ,I started remembering their name. It was Saikat Ghosh whose kt I was going to take.

Saikat Ghosh,A bengali guy married to a marathi girl ,very polite in nature and have dis habit of talking about life experiences. I believe he learned a lot while being in industry for some time.

Next guy whom I met was Harshal Sonone, guy whom I believe speaks straight from the heart and don’t have any false face. He is a realist and likes to go with the flow. As I believe ,he have his own standard of set work priorities that he will be going to follow in life. A guy whom u can trust and talk with. He was the one , who helped me out from the day saikat left MNM site. Although his height was a big concern for people sitting in his cubical....LOL. 
By that time I already started to mingle with people there. Next I met was Kiran Manohar Rode,who always seemed to me, very ambitious and optimistic. Always looking for options and keeping himself occupied is what he likes the most, as I believe. He have this 'go get and achieve' attitude that will definitely take him to heights where he really want to be. He does possess other talents too. if you are with him and talking , he would love to talk about his photography skills. But not like others who talks too much and in real are big fakes. On the contrary he does have gr8 hands on skills on camera. Not to forget about his love for snakes. I have seen his snaps catching snakes, don’t know much about how he generated that.

After around one and a half months,I actually started gaining confidence being in middle of everybody. By then a new girl joined MNM who was wrkin with some other client before, her name is Shivani Deshpande and fortunately she got a seat next to my cubical. After interacting with her, I found out that she is an interactive, fun loving and 'straight to talk with' girl. It was really a nyc time spent after that . Me, harshal, kiran and she always had some topic to talk on, whether it is work related or manager related and even sometimes we talk about things dat have no relevance at all,total Faltugiri i will say. if you guys remember the day when harshal put on that tissue paper on his face ....those were the moments well passed on...Being with her was fun. I hope harshal and kiran will understand me on that. The only fear she had was of Nilesh Borole if m not misspelling his name.

Few more days passed on and I started talking with other mates at MNM...came in contact with Nitin Surnar . A guy whom I believe is self sufficient and very much independent. He is the only one in the group with a personality wherein he can self custom himself whenever required. The most adaptable person to any situation .Matured and very understanding in nature.

In his cubical Trupti Kadam used to sit. Trupti is the girl of whom I guess everybody made fun of. Trupti lacked maturity as far as I believe. She is very nice and cute mamma girl. I guess she had been in under her parents luv shed for long and datsy ,she did not get chance to see much of outer world. As a person she likes to care everybody and wanted her to be cared of. Always famous for her laughing style.

Sushma , who used to sit in same cubical. She on the other hand is very matured in thinking and knows very well ,about how to deal with things. Sushma bears a character of a girl who is very self content in life. I found out that, she is very happy with the kind of work she gets and have seen her eagerness in performing tasks, very soft spoken by nature and very calm and composed girl. I have hardly seen her being present in any argument leaving that biscuit controversy. That too didn't last long ,after she took onus for everything.

It was around two months time of saikats leaving MNM. Ashwini shifted to my cubical as there was some work goin on, in her cubical. Ashwini is the girl whom I might remember for her self containment and for getting scared of things. A weak hearted girl who might fail to argue much and end up crying. Just an advice. Its a big world out der and to deal with it ,you need to be as tough as you can be. It was nyc time spent with you. I remember passing time with you playing bollywood/hollywood ,word games ...and I won it most of times.. he he..

Outside cabin ,Nishant ,Himanshu and Datta used to sit, will talk bout em one by one. Nishant aka Mr Nads was the guy whom I will remember for his Interacting skills and his conduct for others. He likes to take initiative for things and is really good at it. I cant forget about his GM mesgs dat he used to send, since the day I joined MNM. he likes to get in touch with ppl ,knowing them in and out and likes to inculcate those good things that he founds straight away.

Himanshu aka Lal the other guy who used to sit nxt to him, keeps a 'very eager to know things' kind of profile. Being there for that amount of tym, I felt and believed that he is the true maharashtrian and an orthodox one. He doesn’t like to take a single word on his culture and language and respect it with its highest level. He almost worships his culture and stay besides it and that’s a sign of a true soldier. I liked the way he devoted his full time and love, being in Ganesh utsav working there voluntarily. This shows the amount of love and respect he have for Lord Ganesha. I respect the respect he have for Lord Ganesha.

Datta Ram Dhuri aka dhurda-cont,this guy is the heart of the MNM group.His actions speaks and his words makes ppl roll on floor laughing.The comic sense that he have ,I dont think anybody in the group have that. He can make the most unlaughable line into a laughable one ,that's the kind of impact this guy have.Hats off to him for his comic sense. I might not meet any guy like him in my life. Talkin about his nature, he is very helpful but i did sense a kind of individualism in him but that wil not be of any concern to him by any chance. I hope you keep on making ppl laugh like u did to us. It was realy nyc tym spent, whter it was tanzania moment or trupti's sakarpuda speech ,or the song u invented 'per poora hai kaala,zinda hai jo ,murda kar de'or last but not the least the scuba king.It was realy fun tym spent with you.

 

Talking about Bijal,she is the most self convinced kinda girl.She have all the reasons to support herself that's kind of really good thing as u hv all ur ans.I did not get much time to get to know her personality, but I always felt like she's kind of tryn to protect her from being in ny kinda issue. And I will surely remember her for the movies that I got from her. She might not hv tym to watch movies but I must say, u should watch em ,u hv nyc stuff.

Neha was the other girl ,best frn of bijal.Sweet but not much of extrovert,likes to keep quite on things.I truly failed to get to know her much as she never gave a chance to make ny kind of judgemnt on her.Neha ,"start interacting" ,that is all I can say n write.U din bring modak on that day but the nxt tym I wil b in Mumbai I m def gonna bring some sweet..and i no u will like it.

Last but not the least my MDW Support Partner,so my frn when's the server gonna crash..kuch kar bhai ...need a big dhamaka...server ke saath chotey ko bhi uda.

Ranjan is a group guy.He loves to stay in a group.Really great in socializing with people and a guy who takes care of the wrk very seriously. He never lets any scope for any kind of fault to happen. You will never see him running away from the job given ,not to forget about his punctuality. It was nice working with you Friend.

 

At the end I wud like to say sorry for ny mistake made by me. I believe it was really a naaaice time spent being with you guys in Mumbai, a place that was not familiar to me but because of u guys..I might hv falen in love with Mumbai. I hope to see you guys in future too. Wish u all sorts of happiness…..
