Returning to the Roots.........

Its Time, I have been so out of it, that I started forgetting who and what I was and I am.
Its nice to know and to live the practical fact that when things move quite well then humans do forget to realize the time spent. Perception does start differing with people start feeling good of things and start taking decisions out of good things that he or she g
ets to see around himself or herself. Hurdles and obstacles start to look small when you have love around you ,your support and  guidance that stands hard and firm to give strength to you, that can break all walls named  obstacles and hurdles.
It’s a life that everybody needs and would like to be into. I feel proud and happy to be into it these days. But, Its Time that have superiority on each and everything in life. It takes life’s to different end with its rotating wheels that never stops no matter where it starts rolling.

I have been into quite a journey since my last post ,its almost a year of me back here. After Leaving Mumbai. For me it was time to be in Delhi. I was Happy as I got the chance to work near by my home.

Worked with two clients for a period a month or two ,was with iffco tokio and whirlpool. It was very helpful in terms of knowledge and experience. During this period I met a guy named Vimlesh.
Vimesh is very nice from heart and was there to help me out in each every circumstance .it was fun filled time spent being with him, he never ignored me of anything rather I saw a behaviour that made my real perception of him. His behaviour of sharing knowledge and happiness around him was something I really like and cherish. It was happy time spent being there at iffco tokio. I still have to pay him 200 and I will my friend.

It was last year  (2015) December and was very cold as it always be in Delhi  during Decembers. Temp was hitting 6-7 degrees. I was on bench during those days. I met my Sir who gave me training .He asked to come with him for Installation of new Production server and to migrate jobs from development server for new client ,it was whirlpool, I agreed upon it and joined whirlpool under him. There I met a manager under whom nobody would like to work ,may be because of her nature or may be because of  inaccessibility of reaching her in REAL as I see blockages because of it she never gets to hear the real message that the other person tries to pass on. It was the time that I really don’t want to remember because of people involved in it.

It was 3rd or 4th January 15 when I moved back to bench after completion of task in whirlpool. There I started getting news of next project in Kolkata. Gradually I was made part of it and was sent to Kolkata .But before that happened. I happened to meet three guys  …. Ankit Shrivastava, Nitin Kumar and Pratush Nautiyal.

Talking about Ankit Shrivastava  ,He is the one who carries
smile with innocency talking all the time. He bears good
knowledge and is very keen to know about things and equally
desperate to resolve out things with proper solutions.
His eagerness towards resolution of issues does gives me
points to get learning’s from him. He’s real to Life and talks
from heart with no manipulations. He does carrya child within
himself.

I met Nitin Kumar the same day. Nitin is very real in terms of talks and in providing general opinions He is outspoken and talks crystal clear which sometimes hurts the listeners but listeners do feel good listening to him as he speaks truth. He have quality of being truthful to everyone and have one face for all. He likes to be with  friends and is there for all the plans with friends. He knows sharing happiness with everyone around  with feelings that are very real. Its nice to have such a friend.

I also met  Pratush Nautiyal(Naughty),guy who like to talk and sharing past experiences. I have seen his work dedication, as he used to reach office by 7 after travelling 30-40 km daily. Its almost impossible to do so in Delhi December  Cold. I liked the dedication he have for work and would like to inculcate the same within me.
It was 7th jan when we were asked to move to Kolkata. Temp was hitting 6 degrees ,we (I and Nitin) boarded flight for Kolkata. It was warm there ,and it was that much warm that nitin had to take out the only jacket he was wearing ,we headed for our Hotel meanwhile on cab nitin kept chatting with driver. Kolkata was all dressed up with lights ,I was little confused of what was happening,Later I get to know that Park street is the prime area and is decorated every year during Christmas and New Year Eve.

Ankit was already there, Next day we all shifted to new Teams Guest house. The condition of guest house was not well but we were promised for renovation. Things did change gradually. Days passed,In guest house I met Yashwin Kotian , Himanshu Gupta and Kriti.

Yashwin is a mumbaikar, basically from Udupi(Manglore). It was nice to met a guy from south ,I had met him before too,but at that time I did not get time to know about him much. This Manglorian have lot of patience and will and can listen to somebody with real genuinety without getting frustrated if the talk does frustrates too. He is quite and big from heart. Its nice to be his friend.

Next I met was Himanshu Gupta. Gupta Ji is talented enough that anybody can see and observe .He is awesome in grasping knowledge and is very serious about his carrer. He does have a caring attitude towards others. But he is damn lazy ,that much lazy that he can sleeps with his formals on.

Shashikant patil joined us after few days. He is a mumbaikar who lives in New Delhi. He is very much dedicated towards his work by nature and is always available to help others. The best quality that he bears is of best Massager .He likes having things clear in his mind and when something gets stuck he fails to get out of it. Its nice to get massage from u frn….:-)J

Days started passing on with our work pressure started rising too with same quantity.

It was mid of Feb 2015,when we combinely decided to visit Mandarmoni. We arranged for a taxi to reach there, reaching there was also an adventurous task as our driver kept us awake all through out journey. Not because of his jokes but because of his never seen driving skills.
At last we reached the place. Mandarmoni  is a seaside village in Orrisa, developing well with increase in number of visitors day by day. I found it to be the serene and calm one if I compare it with my last experiences of Mumbai beaches .The time spent and the photos we took being there is the memorable part .We enjoyed while being there .Loved to see the beach with sun setting into it, it was an awesome scenic beauty that I saw after a quite long time. Sometimes it does take you  altogether to a different world when you give your time to yourself with things that make you think differently and let you loose. Moments that count are the only moments lived is what everybody should cherish for in their life. The bond between people generates with time spent together enjoying,  is the only bond that really unites them.

Next morning we left the place and visited Talsari beach .Talsari beach is a home of red crabs, the closer you move towards them they start hiding. Beach is unique of its kind. Loved being  there , After which we set our course back to home.
It was a fun filled trip ,will call a trip that might have ignited  a different level of bonding between all of us.
After we came back, dates for the delivery of project started coming close and we all started working till late evening. Some days we used to work till late night. It was all pressure enviro. Ankit used to make late night Lemon teas for everybody and to get that after a day full of work was so refreshing , everybody used to love that.

With the work pressure increasing day by day, It was getting difficult to cope up with the work and it was getting almost impossible to save our self. Then came our saviour Manesh Sir.

Manesh Sir is gem of a person. A mind that calculates the back story of output  before implementation. True warrior in terms of work, never likes to keep things unfinished .Never say no to any kind of work, may it easy or hard. He just likes to finish things. Always there to help with no , showing  off. The way he helps is like ,he opens his heart towards the person who is having a doubt and that makes the other person comfortable in asking doubt next time .When it comes to party he is there for it too. It’s really difficult for a person to have all of the qualities that he possesses. I had been hearing about him since I was in Mumbai, but could not get chance to talk to him by that time.
It’s awesome to have someone like him around. With his help and kindness in helping others, our project started coming on track. His involvement provided the much needed boost to the project. Our applications started to show effect and we started getting appreciations from  clients.

Days started moving fast ,and soon after that Kumar Gaurav joined the project too for the left modules that took off lately due to users delay. I knew Gaurav since Mumbai ,as I stayed with him in Mumbai Office guest house. He is someone who likes to talk and get to know about people. His eagerness to talk and to resolve things up is what everybody appreciates. He likes to party and enjoy the life to the fullest. He does have deep knowledge  about Hindu Muslim community and have views on them as he has inculcated that interest in him.

Then came Abhishek , he’s somebody whom I thought would leave us soon because of his lifestyle. We had been thinking  that he is gonna be very helpful to us and were hoping to get  help from him, but things did not move according to what we thought. Abhishek  who joined team computers was different than Abhishek now, though he is not good at many things but his dedication in small intervals did make us think good about him. He does have a heart that cares and is there for his friends at the time when they need them.

Things started moving with a pace that management required .

Then came the time for fun ,the late night parties at home were something that we all gonna miss. The dance of papita ,ankit shying to dance and himanshu ke tumhke were moments that we all gonna remember. Shashi was away from all these parties as everybody know’s where he was busy.
Suman and Subba Rao are the guys who joined us next in the project.

Suman a true Bengali guy.By name the meaning is flower and in reality he is like a flower. He loves to talk and gets involved in discussions very much. He is an emotional  guy, who will get into things and later regret being into it. We can call him the One Hand Coder as he likes coding with other hand holding his coffee mug. His interest for coffee is too much and the other interest is gonna end or it will remain forever?? if you getting what my point is…please do stop that .His presence does make things lively as before him we used to talk less and with him being there it was a matinee that used to run everyday..We Love You Suman!!!!!!!!!

Subba Rao joined team soon after. I liked to know that he wanted to interact but he did face difficulty in interaction as he is from south but later on he did started knowing people and interacting with them. It was pretty amazing to know that when somebody is interested in knowing you or getting involved with you, no matter what barriers come they never fail. Subba does have a heart of gold as he was always there with us for party ,and used to make and serve us with awesome food  on some days.

It was the month of November that I came back to Delhi as Project shifted back to Delhi and joined the work from here with lots of new joinees, We have been together since last year and I feel like it is the bonding that we have for generations and might never gonna end as our hearts are attached and our feelings for each other contains the real love.
Cheers for the bond that we have and the love that we share for each other.

We will keep rocking  with time and time again.

Luv you all.
